Rollerballs

A rollerball pen is a writing instrument that uses water-based ink like a fountain pen but ball-point technology to provide a smooth, consistent writing experience. The more common ballpoint pen, by contrast, uses ball-point technology but petroleum-based, viscous inks.

Our fancy rollerballs pens for sale are a perfect combination of luxury and reliability, removing many of the variables that come with fountain pen use while still maintaining a smooth, rich application of ink to the page through capillary action rather than mechanical appplication.

Due to the ink being water-based, a cap is almost always necessary for any premium rollerball pen to prevent the ink from drying out.
