The Montegrappa Ernest Hemingway Series is a beautiful set of pens honoring the writer of its namesake and the many facets of his life. Every Hemingway Writing Instrument is available in a Limited Edition of 100 per mode, so they will remain as rare as the talent of the writer they honor. The Fisherman, offered here, is the most recent of the three available modes. Hemingway drew on real experience for his most famous novel "The Old Man and the Sea” and was a lover of the sea, especially of ocean fishing. Emblazoned with marine symbols and Hemingway's very own marlin logo, the sterling silver work on this writing instrument is something to behold. The resin is a rich blue in many shades perfectly mirroring the ocean which it represents. A writing instrument such as this pen is a must have for any lovers of his work. This particular pen remains in the original box with the original paperwork including certificate of authenticity. The pen has been used once as a test and has been stored in its protective cloth bag ever since.

The Pleasure of Writing is happy to offer free domestic standard shipping for orders over $150. Orders below $150 will be charged the carrier rate calculated at the checkout.   Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.  Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track it at UPS.com or USPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and holidays and deliveries only occur on business days.

We do offer express shipping.  Please note express orders will be shipped out within 1 business day.  Transit time begins when the order ships and does not include holidays and weekends.  Some products are not able to ship express.

International Shipping

The recipient will be responsible to pay any duties or taxes.
