The B5 Dot Grid Notebook features 80 sheets of 80g/m2, perforated 5mm dot grid pattern paper including header areas for dates and titles, bound between plastic covers with a twin ring binding that allows the notebook to be laid flat on a writing surface without assistance or opened back onto itself without bending pages or putting stress on the spine.
