The Pelikan Toledo is handmade by master craftsmen in Germany. Its intricate hand carvings limit production, and each piece is signed and individually numbered by the artist who created it.

Pelikan launched the Toledo model in 1931 to so much success that the design has remained virtually unchanged throughout the years. The decorative sleeve is made of a single piece of sterling silver. It is treated carefully in various steps until it is covered with a layer of gold. Every Toledo fountain pen is a unique piece made in Germany. The beautiful gold sleeve is offset by black high-quality resin.

The Toledo M700 Gold sports an 18K gold nib.
