Named in tribute to S.T. Dupont's original Line 2 lighter made specifically for the Duke of Windsor in the 1940s, the Line D Windsor's design is inspired by the Georgian and Palladian styles popular in 18th century Britain. Its clean lines and symmetrical silhouette combine with the black natural lacquer and palladium-plated fittings to create a signature look.
The Line D is S.T. Dupont's classic line of fine writing instruments with 145 years of history. The collection was recently updated with the S.T. Dupont "blazon" signature embellished on the new articulated clip and the signature D in cursive script atop the pen cap. Made in Faverges in the southeast of France, every Line D is crafted from brass and coated with natural urushi lacquer. Every Line D pen has an ideal balance and weight based on the geometries of divine proportion.
The Line D Windsor sports a 14K gold nib.
