The Montegrappa Extra Otto Lapis is a luxurious limited-edition fountain pen that brings together Montegrappa’s historic Italian craftsmanship, precious celluloid, and one of the brand’s most distinctive design forms.

Inspired by the classic Extra silhouette, the Extra Otto introduces an elegant octagonal body, with eight gently beveled facets that give the pen a sculptural feel in the hand. The Lapis celluloid displays a striking mix of deep blue, warm amber, and earthy brown tones, creating a rich stone-like appearance with beautiful depth and movement.

The pen is finished with Sterling Silver 925 trim, including Montegrappa’s signature decorative cap band and roller clip. It is fitted with an 18K gold nib and an ebonite feed, offering the smooth, responsive writing experience expected from Montegrappa’s higher-end writing instruments. The piston filling system adds to its traditional appeal, making this both a serious writing instrument and a collector-grade piece.
