Visconti Watermark Blue Moon - Fountain Pen
The Visconti Watermark pen features one of Visconti’s greatest skills: the cut out filigree. Visconti launched this technique first in 1993 with the Visconti Uffizi and this technique was improved over the years with the Skeleton and Ripple pens.
In the Limited Edition Watermark Blue Moon the Visconti logo looks like a paper filigree; the logo is repeated along the body and cap and cut out from a solid tube of sterling silver, which is then plated with ruthenium. Over 20 manual operations are necessary to give the pen its ultimate look. The sterling silver filigree is then placed over a cap and barrel made from translucent blue acrylic.
The Visconti Watermark Blue Moon is limited to 888 pieces and features Visconti’s famous double reservoir filling system along with your choice of 23k palladium or 18k gold nib available in EF, F, M, B and Stub widths.
