The Limited Edition of Abraham Lincoln Pen represents a crowning achievement in the history of pen-making. In order to create this definitive historical collectable, Krone obtained the most highly authenticated strands of Abraham Lincoln's hair in existence. And using the latest technology, Krone took those strands and reproduced the DNA of America's greatest President. This DNA in crystallized form, is embedded in the amethyst stone in every Limited Edition Abraham Lincoln Pen.
Years of research have enabled Krone LLC to produce a writing instrument of unequaled quality, craftsmanship and lasting value. Skilled artisans have hand-crafted each of the pen's components using the finest of materials. The Limited Edition Abraham Lincoln Pen contains: A two-toned, iridium-tipped medium 18k gold nib, with the Krone name proudly guilloched on the tip. 

An ergonomically designed ebonite barrel, hand-tooled to conform to every curve in the hand, providing the ultimate in comfort, balance and fluidity.

At the top of the cap, a .925-silver bezel, holding a cabochon amethyst, Abraham Lincoln's birthstone. The amethyst contains the 16th President's DNA in the form of porous glass powder obtained by the patented PCR process. Lincoln's distinctive signature is engraved on a .925-silver band at the bottom of the cap. A .925-silver clip containing a small oval where the Abraham Lincoln portrait is engraved in 18kt.-gold.

The Abraham Lincoln Pen is a limited edition of 1,008 pens in sterling silver worldwide. This pen's number, 989 is engraved on the barrel ensuring that this distinctive instrument will be the definitive historical collectible of all time.

Orders below $150 will be charged the carrier rate calculated at the checkout.   Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.  Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track it at UPS.com or USPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and holidays and deliveries only occur on business days.

We do offer express shipping.  Please note express orders will be shipped out within 1 business day.  Transit time begins when the order ships and does not include holidays and weekends.  Some products are not able to ship express.
