After 3 days, we will automatically release payment to the seller. Once this happens, you can no longer claim a refund.

If we verify that the item has been misrepresented, we will email you a shipping label to return it. You have 6 days to ship the item, after which you will receive a full refund.

The onus of packaging and delivering the product rests with the seller. However, rest assured, the The Pleasure Of Writing (or "TPOW" for short!) Team stands by to oversee the transaction and provide assistance, ensuring that all your queries and concerns are addressed promptly.

Condition Scale Explained

We assess the overall presentation of each writing instrument, including the physical condition of the item and any accompanying box or packaging. As a result, the final condition rating reflects the complete presentation, not just the instrument itself. An instrument in better cosmetic condition may be rated lower if original packaging is not included or shows significant wear.

• Pristine
  Appears essentially new with no visible wear. Includes original presentation and box, if originally issued, with no noticeable flaws.

• Excellent
  Shows extremely light signs of handling. Includes original presentation and box, which may show minimal, barely noticeable wear.

• Very Good
  Displays minor cosmetic wear consistent with careful use, or is in near-new cosmetic condition but does not include the original box. The writing instrument may be shipped with a branded or unbranded replacement box, which will be clearly indicated.

• Good
  Shows visible cosmetic wear consistent with regular use, or may be in better cosmetic condition but lacks original packaging or includes packaging with noticeable wear. The writing instrument may be shipped with a branded or unbranded replacement box, which will be clearly indicated.

• Fair
  Exhibits heavier cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, or discoloration, or may show moderate wear while lacking original packaging or having significantly worn packaging. The writing instrument may be shipped with a branded or unbranded replacement box, which will be clearly indicated.

What if My Item Doesn't Arrive?

Should your item not be dispatched within 6 business days from the purchase date, you'll be eligible to opt for a cancellation and receive a complete refund. To clarify, if an item is purchased on a Thursday, Friday would be considered the first business day. Weekends, i.e., Saturday and Sunday, are excluded from the count, followed by Monday through Friday being the next 5 business days. If the item hasn't been shipped by this timeline, you can choose to cancel your order.
